AjaxPro is working locally, but on server I am getting .ashx errors -

My application locally works fine using AJAXPro, but on the server I can not know why this is not working.

I'm missing the following using firebug:

GT prototype. ASX 404 GET core was not found. GSX 404 not found MSASX 404 not found

The same code works locally, so should it be an IIS7 setting?
