Recommended Web Based Time/Task Management Solution For Personal Use? -

I know that this is related to less programming and more time is related to management, but I have to respond to users on this site I believe. I myself am particularly busy in this semester, managing various tasks and timelines between work and school. Apart from this, I am walking between laboratories, work, home, libraries etc. For these reasons, I think a web based solution is ideal. Which question leads to, do you have a recommended web based solution for work / project management for personal use? Ideal would be free (or almost), and the one which I could install on my server is not a requirement, just manage the time and tasks (Gantt Chart would be great) However, SVN integration would be really good because I got my school there Work of

Thank you!

UPDATE

I put a reward on this, would be very valuable to me as a good solution (more than the representative). The answer has been very good so far, but there is nothing right for personal use. Ideally something that will manage files and time that I could host myself. This will be a plus for Mac + PC solutions because we use Mac OSX in the laboratory in the campus. Currently, SVN and a web based Time Manager seem to find a way to go.

Update 2

First of all, thanks for great responses! Foggags, tracks, and request trackers were either strongly recommended or suggested more than once. Trac and the request trackers are also free and are themselves hosted, however, their strength seems to be developing in the team. I am going to ask Foggags a shot and see how it works. I have also suggested that I am going to start using the drop box, great idea! In addition, for the longevity of 'everything' SVN will be used will will be used to run around this 2 gig issue and self hosted desire I turn on machines Thanks again for considering SVNNotifier!

Conclusion

I have decided to use the suggestions suggested by Zabalala. As he said, it really works, which I want to manage from time to time management. This is a wonderful and generous free offer from fogcruck, thank you all, I really appreciate all the feedback.

FOLLOWUP

Just to follow on this item, I am using fogbugs for two weeks now; I can not be happy I started using it in conjunction with fogbugs, I keep long-term stuff within the folkbug, and copy the items of the current week in a 'magazine' for the road. Smartpen digitizes 'journal' to make it painless.

To manage files, I am using a mixture between fogbugs, dripbox, SVN, and unison. I use the dotbox to share on the net, I say in the middle of the home and laboratory, and Unison (everything is not in the Dropbox) to unify Dropbox folder within the big SVN working copy.

Long term

I am using very little fogbugs in favor of the LiveScribe journal. I think traditional pen and paper There is a skill in which it is difficult to beat. Regarding LiveScribe, I have had some problems with this, which has left me uncomfortable with my file format. Their files are hidden in the naming conventions and formats. If they have an open format then I feel better about handing it over to my data.

Duration (3 years +)

I used to write Wikipedia for writing my work / time / research documents Switching to use I have been using Google app Insightly for work management seems more natural and 'stuck' is the Wiki path really useful ...

* Long time Uttar Pradesh (7 years +) *

I used to switch to the use of the trolley boards Ia task management. I have run away from a mistake in my part by using Wikimedia so that the database has been lost.

I use foggags indemand (it is free for 2 users and time management from task tracking Everything that you want to do is to do it. I use it for various pet projects and it meets all my needs, as well as it is very easy to set up.
