I need a solution to read raw binary from any file type stored on the server.

I have heard of AMFPHP but it was initially stopped because I believe that the administrator needs access to install the service on the server.

You do not need a privilege to install amfphp, just put it on a subfolder on your server.

After this you just need to write php code to read your binary files and use AMFPPP so that those dots can pass in their action code. AmfPhp
