What is the accepted format for PayPal's website payment standard (WPS) form in the "zodiac" field? The decimal point should be ".", Or is this currency-dependent? Always have to be two decimal places, or what three (for such small nominations, for currencies) or anyone (for the currencies, which is hyper-inflation)?

It seems that the currency is not dependent and the API is most expected with a duration separator. Two (2) decimal places.
amount
[...] Limitations: The value should be a positive number. No currency symbol should be two decimal places, the decimal separator must be duration (.), And the optional thousands separator should be a comma (,).
