file - J2ME API Hard to Find -

Where is the API for J2ME? Why is it difficult to find J2ME APIs from J2ME equivalent? Typing string and Java 1.6 will immediately submit to J2SE 6 with a Strath Javadock, but for J2ME, one such work will be presented with a specific phone maker's fever.

I am especially looking for javax.microedition. Io.file.FileConnection, but I'm unable to search it on SAN Java.

I think the sun does not keep these things because they are out of control. But make sure JCP people should maintain a browsable version of the specifications.
