How would you describe the current state of the Android platform? -

Since the release of Android (a year ago?), This speed is slow. I am thinking about adoption and viability in the "long-term".

I believe that Apple is the real competition and the other platforms that appear for developers to open more of their platform. Along with "light", do you think that Android will be buried before maturity?

I think the ugliness of G1 for many users is a big issue. Even if this is not 'ugly' for everyone, then it's still a long way from competition - even the Blackberry IHHO :) and if the users are not quickly adopting then the market Not interested in that great, developers do not have so much urgency to develop good stuff ...

Also, as Grant has told the fact that you can not sell anything, he Does not help.

I'll wait a bit more,
- More phones that are officially supporting Android are released
- The Android Market is working perfectly
