Use an image name held inside an element - XML/CSS -

I am creating a CSS file for an XML document. I need to insert an image - in which the filename is an element Happens inside.

 Is there any way I can do that? (Hope that my explanation is understood!) 
 

This would probably be possible though, this tip semiconductor Not even finished, so I advise you to go with XSLT.
