Is there any other problem where using VS 2005 or VS-2008, it suddenly forgets the color code And does you format the text? Suddenly it works like a simple old notepad editor. Sometimes if I save the file and reopen it, or if the Visual Studio resumes completely, then it suddenly 'remembers' I thought it could be due to poor installation on my machine , But recently a new, all new service pack has been upgraded to set up a new fresh - and we are returning to uncontrolled behavior ....
Is this a known problem is? Is there any action (i.e. an important combo I can hit to say it to my point of view)?
PS: This happens to me when doing ASP.NET with VP codes - are not sure that it affects other flavors ...
Edit: This is a clean install of VS 2008 on Vista, but it's also on XP. Any addins on any setup, the problem is regular.
Sometimes there is something like this with me in VB. In my case this is a background compiler service that has stopped working for one reason or another. Nothing has been found besides restarting the Visual Studio.
