.net - asp.net Menu Control - Formatting -

I am trying to use a .sitemap file to create a menu in my site; Although I have many problems with the output.

First of all, the table output was not good - I downloaded 'CSSFriendly' DLL (). Now it gives output in UL and LE. .

But I would like to be free from the menu JavaScript or CSS which slips into one of the other levels.

I thought it would be sorted out to start using StaticDisplayLevels, but it seems to be ignoring it and only to output to the first level, then I want to get more menu options with the mouse I must go up ..

I think that is long and short: people should be kept clean with menu controls and just write markup yourself? If not, and it's not a terrible path to go down - how can I get rid of all the formatting and mouse over jazz ... I just need a full menu, displayed horizon (I can do this with my CSS) . / P>

Thanks for any help, even if this question seems distorted (its frustration), then you also want to apologize. Pete,

Pete,

I have opened some of my old code, Uses there is very little, StaticDisplayLevels 2 and Orientation is set to "horizontal", all this work is fine. Most of the work is in skinning (and some hacks to highlight the current location if some URLs are different only by QuickString).

However, switch to use CSS friendly adapter and I. Describe the exact same problem (only the root object is shown and can not be presented horizontally).

Am I surprised that the CSS friendly menu optimizer has broken?

Chris
