Enumerating Named Pipes in Windows -

I'm having trouble dealing with the named pipe (a Tej Sijiai named pipe in this case) according to MSDN, be me should CreateFile () or using CallNamedPipe () (flat C API, synchronous - no Ovrlapd I / O)

However I get INVALID_HANDLE_VALUE and when I GetLastError () is zero !?
