I have something that takes the contents of the directory and then proceeds to make RSS based on files in the directory. , Meaning:
/ myDir -ls .. a.xml b.xml c.xml d.txt
The mechanism I see is only Extensions will look for files with .xml, and will collect their contents in one big .xml (or .rss) file that it pauses it out via HTTP.
You probably like to keep an eye on. This is a great utility for you to create, consume and manipulate the feed of all types that they are RSS or ATO of any version.
