visual studio 2005 - TFS vs2005 always get on accessing a file -

In 2005, by opening a file, a dialog should be updated "to get the list of items to update the server "Causes to pop up ... every ... I'm not checking / editing out ... just waiting to see.

Reset 2005 settings ... but no profit ... no settings appear to be diff here between me and other dev boxes I do not see anything on Google, addins etc.

I'm running nuts - I'm getting some changes on the server ever ... not to mention the blockage.

Any ideas?

This is not clearly a general practice as you can tell other developers by looking at the machines. Any kind of plug-in is suspected. You can try to see in the tool, the add-in manager, if there is anything if it does not work, then close Visual Studio and start the Visual Studio 2005 Command Prompt and then

 See  devenv / safemode  

and see what the problem is still if you do this, then at Visual Command of 2005, to reset Visual Studio by typing the following You can try (warning it Also reset the preferences)

  devenv / resetetettings  

but all these are a shot in the dark - I have never seen such behavior which you can describe
