java - skeleton app for swing -

I am starting a simple project in swing, but I do not want to start with scratch, I started a basic Finding the toolbar, the file menu and the basic functioning that works (with a simple action, with the button toolbar ... button left). I know that Eclipse RCP and Netbeen are one, but they are too big for my project. I'm searching for something like this, but it should be opensource.
