data binding - WPF Implementing INotifyPropertyChanged -

I used this exact setup on other classes, but in the notified method the property variable variable is returning due to some reason.

In other classes when it works, the property changed event is not empty and evaluates a representative?

Whether the representative is empty or not, it depends on whether anything has subscribed to the event.
