asp.net - How to create a polldaddy like editor -

Most of you would have used polldaddy here I would like to advise some people how do I design an editor As I can see, there is a screenshot below seen in Polandadi.

There is a list of controls on the left (text box, list etc.) and there is a panel on the right. I can click and drag the control and drag it as soon as I leave it in the panel, it aligns itself in the panel and shows other options. How can I do this using ASP.NET?

To ignore your server-side model, you might use another UI framework to allow jQuery / jQuery UI / ExtJS or drag / drop sort functionality.

I am not familiar with Poladady but I think there are so many codes to get the election / form builder.

server - Httpd(apache) is not starting on fedora 23 -
