asp.net - How to get Page.ClientScript.RegisterClientScriptInclude to include in the head? -

Specified script references in jQuery, are being presented after viewerase. & Lt; There is a way to achieve this; Head>?

  Page.ClientScript.RegisterClientScriptInclude ("jQuery", "/scripts/jquery.js");  

I am trying to register jquery.js in a user control page load.

The main feature I need client scripts manager is the ability to include a script only once. Control can appear multiple times on one page, but I only want to include it in a jQuery script
