privileges - Read user rights using VBscript -

I am trying to determine if a user (script is running, or without running it) There are some user rights in the policies applicable because secedit / analysis refers only to the actual setting and ignores the privilege publicity by group membership, so in this case it is useless.

I am referring to these privileges: SeTcbPrivilege SeIncreaseQuotaPrivilege

server - Httpd(apache) is not starting on fedora 23 -
