I have multiple third party webservices (from the same vendor) that the same object structure server side using Am One of the services allows me to query the role of a list of users, and the second allows me to query a single user by ID. This is probably the best way to get to work, both Users returning from services should be able to use each other

Those are different, even if they were web server to resolve to do the same when it is used as a URL in the XML namespace text, not in accordance with URL syntax. For example, http://senior-systems.com/ and http://senior-systems.com will have two different namespaces (hint: a trailing missing slashes ).
