compilation - ASP.NET Page says I need to reference an assembly that does not exist! -

My asp.net site must be run on multiple client servers, it is working fine on most of them, but some pages An angel has participated in an error message:

Compiler Error Message: CS0012: Type 'Metamnavalpayer' is defined in an assembly is not referred to you as a reference to the assembly ' App_Code.t_3vcono, version = 0.0.0.0, culture = neutral, public keynote = zero '] Will have to add.

The 'MetaNameValuePair' type is actually defined in an .cs file in my App_Code folder, not the external assembly. Is this file failing to compile? CC file?
