Issue using WPF MediaElement with HD (H.264, 720P) Video -

I am using media elements to render the video in WPF. All videos are working fine except H.264 video. They have some stuttering problems when they are sung on the screen. My machine configuration is much higher than the recommended requirement for this video. Another surprising fact is that when I run it in a window media player or another player, the video works perfectly well. Any solution or an option for media element

WPF does not support H.264 video
