Why can't I search maven projects in eclipse -

I am using the m2Eclipse plugin () to handle the Maven module in Alleppey for dependency management and one for nested modules After enabling the project, I can not 'search the file' on the project.

How do I get the job of searching again?

It appears that the plugin marks any non-Java folder as 'derived' This is the reason why it is ignored by search right-click on non-Java folders and unselect the check box.
