api - Toolbar with VLC ActiveX in VB.NET -

I have used Video LAN plugin 2 (available) in my VB.NET app .

I have seen that:

• The control toolbar (bar, control button, looking for quantity) does not appear at all
• Even after this
• And "Toolbar" property can not be set to read-only?

So my questions are:

1. Is "toolbar" property a worthless thing or is there a special The way?
2. Do Toolbar
4. If I need to create a custom looking slider with control buttons, then what can I do API call Are I use to control media playback and search-to-frame? VB.NET?
5. Is any other way I can get the VLC player with my toolbar in my app?
