Eclipse keeps it key binding settings? I want to move them from one system to another if there is a tool for it that would be good but if not, then I am ready to copy the file (actually all settings should be same on both systems.)

Export all your Eclipse prefaces to a file.
file-> Export-> General-> Preferences Import has the option of importing only the main settings from this file.
file-> import-> General-> Preferences
