Is Firefox a way to open a new tab in Firefox without a firewall? Which I've found so far:
-
Firefox - New-Window & lt; URL & gt;
Fade FF allows to stay in the background, but instead opens a new window. -
Firefox - New Tab & lt; URL & gt;
opens & lt; URL & gt;
Edit: The one that I am trying to complete is making the Fire Reader plugin in open background in Firefox in the background, so that I can create my own stuff I can go through the feed and after all the interests I get and actually read, then all the stuff Oh, I should probably mention that a Linux / GNU solution will be just fine.
If you set the browser.tabs.loadDivertedInBackground to really set it about: config then -New Tabs will open tabs in the background and will not focus the window. It wants more than your (or I), but maybe this is a suitable job for you?
