We created a SharePoint site to track a process. After all, we are going to create a workflow out of it, but There is a list in the middle that we all have to see how many dates are listed to eliminate each piece.
So basically my group needs to see and update columns X, Y, Z and comments, ignoring other 30 billion or so columns, which is very good in the datasheet view because we can easily add our columns You can see them, and update them correctly without drilling items, and do not need to browse through all the nonsense.
In the problem comment field, in which we really need to look at the last actual comment. Unfortunately whenever anybody saves records, the fields are updated with empty values (unless they are any Do not comment) and the last actual comment is lost unless you drill in the item.
What is a way to get a datasheet look to show all the entries?
I should also note that I know a lot about SharePoint 2007 ... so the detailed answer would be good!
Only AdWords comments are applied with word-messaging, so in the datasheet view, Viewing updates as a newer version of the item with a new comment. This argument is handled in normal data. I do not know in any way around this behavior that datasheets like history-are not known.
