Would someone tell me how to copy files quickly from a mapped network drive?

I used the XCOPY source destination / i / s / z / q

It was quite fast and later on of some files Was copied and later dropped an error "The specified network name is not available"

I remember that an easy solution to copy any computer quickly from the mapped network drive Is using.

Can someone recommend me a way to do this?

I use Windows XP, so please do not advise me of Robocopy.
