I have received this MSDN article which tells to monitor processes and services with C #:

However, I can not download or download this sample anywhere! And it would be really helpful.

You must install Microsoft .NET Framework SDK v2.0, which comes with Quickstart samples.

I downloaded from I started running setup.exe and pressed the Installation Options On the page I checked the QuickStart Samples box and completed the installation. I then followed the instructions to access QuickStarts on my system.
