asp.net - jQuery not working on my host? -

I am working on a site, and working with my local environment as well as on a test server Is everything works well but when I upload it to my host, then nothing is working !?

The Aspenet Javascript Validator is fire, but any and all jquery is not working? I also have a simple

  $ ("# test"). Html ("work");

and

  & lt; Div id = "test & gt;

And nothing is happening? I have tested Triple that all JS uploaded (My / Js / directory

The site is here: (It is still in childhood ... has started hard) and login / registration / contact button should pull everyone a model popup (page Can not be changed, only if JS is disabled) and the term 'test' should be shown below the menu.

Can I disable ASSP.NET javascript verifier?

I'm totally confused here, any idea would be great!

server - Httpd(apache) is not starting on fedora 23 -
