The company has not implemented the software written by us recently. Software uses Crystal Reports and whenever a person draws a large report specifically and closes their browser before the report loads, we can not drag any further reports. The only way to fix this is to reset the ice, which is obviously poor practice.
Any ideas to overcome this?

So if a person stops their browser prematurely So, the app breaks for everyone? Can two people once try to load one of these long-running reports? Are there many templates, and it breaks only one and leaves others OK?
It seems a bit like applying a special lock on the crystal's original template for implementation of the app, and so when the user leaves the game prematurely, the app does not release the template for the use of other users. Does.
